We only accept Visa Card, Master Card, EFTPOS & Cash. Sorry we DO NOT accept American Express Cards or cheques.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

For new Clients we suggest that you arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to fill out required form work and relax before you treatment Commences.

What it I'm late for my appointment?

This is your special time so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will not only reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the scheduled fee as per original booking. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment for another day a 50% fee may be charged for the missed appointment.

Gift vouchers

Should you have a gift voucher which you wish to use for treatments, it will be held against your booking as a deposit. In the event of you not attending the appointment, the voucher will be considered as being redeemed in full.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that it may be necessary to change your appointment, however, we do ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendments. If you do not show for your appointment, 50% of your scheduled treatment fee will be charged.

Longer Treatments & Group Bookings

To secure your personal appointment all treatments that are 2 hours or more in duration are required to pay a deposit of 50% at the time of booking.

All Group Bookings MUST be prepaid and require 72 hours notice of cancellation.
